What the hell does the manager do if he cannot care for the shop? Absolutely horrible management, they are being stingy and greedy. Manager only comes when the counter guy calls, which wastes time of all customers. It is common sense that atleast 2 people should be present if there is a long line of customers. Absolutely lazy and pathetic! 10⁷/10 for the worker on counter, always helps and very polite. -10⁷/10 for the darn management that cannot bother to hire more staff, or to do any actual work in the store!

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
